Terms & Conditions

1. Quotation Terms

All quotations are based on the Proforma Invoice and valid for 30 days. Quotes exclude freight, insurance, customs duties, and destination port charges unless otherwise agreed in writing. Trade terms as marked on the quote (EXW / FOB / CIF / DAP / DDP). Prices may adjust due to raw material fluctuations — final price confirmed at order.

2. Payment Terms

Standard payment: T/T (30% deposit + 70% before shipment). Sight L/C available for qualified customers. Other methods by mutual agreement. Order is effective upon deposit receipt; shipment arranged after balance payment.

3. Lead Time

Standard models: 15-25 working days. Custom/non-standard: 30-60 working days depending on complexity. Lead time counts from deposit receipt and confirmation of all technical parameters. Delays due to force majeure (natural disasters, policy changes) are not our liability.

4. Warranty

Warranty period: 13 months from shipment date. Covers manufacturing defects and non-artificial damage. Free repair or replacement of defective parts during warranty (excluding freight). Not covered: normal wear parts (seals, filters), misuse damage, unauthorized modification, force majeure damage.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, images, technical data, product designs) is copyrighted by Dongguan SUNCENTER Fluid Control Equipment Co., Ltd. No reproduction or commercial use without written permission. Custom product drawings and parameters are not disclosed to third parties without customer consent.

6. Returns & Exchanges

As industrial equipment, no-questions-asked returns are not supported. Manufacturing defects are repaired or replaced free during warranty. Non-defect returns by mutual agreement, may incur depreciation and freight charges.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or downtime losses. Our total liability is capped at the order value.

8. Dispute Resolution

Parties shall first attempt friendly negotiation. If unresolved, disputes are submitted to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) under its rules, seated in Dongguan, in Chinese language.

9. Terms Updates

These terms may be updated. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. Orders are governed by the signed Proforma Invoice and are not retroactively affected by terms updates.
