Hydrostatic & Burst Testing
Self-built burst stands pressurize pressure-bearing components — tubes, valves, cylinders, hoses — to rupture or hold per standard, validating design and weld strength.
Air Tightness & Leak Testing
Pressurize the workpiece then capture micro-leaks precisely — valves, piping, pressure vessels, cooling plates inspected piece by piece.
Pulse Fatigue Testing
Pulse fatigue machines simulate repeated pressurize/depressurize cycles to evaluate service life of hoses, brake lines, and vessels — catching issues before shipment.
Material & Surface Inspection
Pump-head material selected per medium and verified; welds (SAW), oxide/coated surfaces inspected piece by piece; critical parts can be 3D-scanned for comparison.
Four-Stage In-Process Inspection
Four gates — incoming, in-process, final, outgoing — with smart test-data capture; every unit's inspection records are traceable.
Full-Unit Commissioning
Every unit runs a full commissioning cycle before shipment: action cycles, pressure-hold, leak rate, and control system (manual/PLC/computer) functions all verified before packing.
