Hydrogen & New Energy Pressure Solutions
Hydrogen is the clean fuel of the next 20 years — but it is also the smallest molecule, the easiest to leak, and the most unforgiving in explosive atmospheres. Every joint, every valve, every pressure boundary must be proven tight. Every piece of equipment on the station must be spark-free by design, not by luck.
SUNCENTER builds the air-driven pressure and test equipment behind hydrogen stations, fuel-cell lines and lithium-battery leak test cells. Compressed air in, high-pressure hydrogen out — no electricity at the pump head, no spark path, no oil contamination. From 35MPa dispensing boost to 80MPa storage, from helium-sniff leak test to full burst validation, one supplier, one traceable data chain.
Sub-scenario Solutions
Every industry breaks down into a few concrete jobs customers actually search for. Each card covers one specific application, from the pain point to the equipment that solves it.
H₂ Station Boosting — 35/70MPa Dispensing
The station receives low-pressure tube-trailer hydrogen and must deliver 35MPa or 70MPa to the vehicle. Electric compressors are expensive, high-maintenance, and a spark risk in Zone 1. The booster must run unattended, hit target pressure, and stop — without overshoot or contamination.
SUNCENTER air-driven H₂ booster systems take 0.5–2MPa tube-trailer gas up to 80MPa, covering both 35 and 70MPa dispensing with margin. The drive is compressed air — no electricity at the pump head, no spark path. H₂-compatible seals, full degreasing, and auto stop-at-pressure make it unattended-safe. One skid, one data log, one traceable chain.

Fuel Cell Stack & Bipolar Plate Leak Test
A fuel cell stack has hundreds of bipolar plates and joints — one micro-leak kills efficiency and lifespan. Water-bath bubble testing can't find the small leaks, and production-line cycle time is seconds, not minutes. The test must be quantitative, fast, and auto-pass/fail.
SUNCENTER helium leak test benches sniff for micro-leaks down to 1×10⁻⁶ Pa·m³/s — far beyond water-bath sensitivity. PLC-controlled, closed-loop pressure-decay or helium-sniff mode, auto pass/fail with data log per part. Cycle time in seconds for line integration.

H₂ Storage Vessel & Valve Burst Validation
Type III and Type IV hydrogen cylinders, storage vessels, and tube-trailer valves must be burst-tested to prove the safety margin. The test pressure can reach 80MPa+ and the media is water or helium. One wrong fixture and the test is dangerous; one bad data record and the certification is void.
SUNCENTER burst test benches deliver controlled pressurization up to 80MPa with computer-controlled ramp rate, real-time pressure-curve logging, and fail-safe relief. Fixtures designed to your vessel standard. Full test report exported automatically — pressure curve, burst point, pass/fail — ready for third-party certification.

Nitrogen Purging & Pressure Test for H₂ Lines
Before a hydrogen line or vessel goes into service, it must be purged with nitrogen to remove air, then pressure-tested with N₂ to prove tightness. The nitrogen must be boosted from cylinder or line pressure up to the test pressure. Using hydrogen for the first test is not an option.
SUNCENTER nitrogen booster systems take cylinder N₂ (15MPa) up to 80MPa for purge-and-test duty. Air-driven, same intrinsic safety as the H₂ booster. One system does both purge flow and test pressure — switch by valve, no changeover hardware. Data-logged, traceable, ready for commissioning sign-off.

Why Hydrogen & New Energy Engineers Pick SUNCENTER Rigs
New-energy engineers don't pick equipment by spec sheet — they pick by what keeps the station unattended-safe at 3 a.m. Here is what SUNCENTER rigs are built for, by default, not by option.
Intrinsically Safe — No Spark Path
Air-driven: compressed air in, high-pressure gas out. No electricity at the pump head, no ignition source in Zone 1. The drive method itself is the safety proof, not an add-on ex-d housing.
Oil-Free & Clean — No Medium Contamination
For fuel-cell H₂ and oxygen service, wetted parts are degreased and seals are H₂-compatible. No oil mist, no particle shedding, no contamination of the gas that feeds the stack.
Low-Pressure In, High-Pressure Out — One Stage
Tube-trailer 0.5–2MPa in, 80MPa out. One booster skid covers 35 and 70MPa dispensing with margin. No multi-stage cascade, no extra footprint, no extra failure points.
Auto Hold-Pressure + Full Data Traceability
Stop-at-pressure, auto hold, no overshoot. Every cycle logged: pressure curve, timestamp, pass/fail. Data exports to your station SCADA or third-party certifier — one chain, no gaps.
