Precision Machining
CNC machining centers and turn-mill machines produce core components — pump bodies, pump heads and valve blocks — entirely in-house.
Assembly & Integration
Pumps, valves, piping, control systems and skid frames are integrated entirely in-house.
Factory Testing
Every unit is full-pressure tested before delivery, with the test curve handed over with the equipment [TBC].
Packaging & Shipping
Export-grade plywood crates, forklift feet and container loading for shipment.
Every Unit Is Crafted with Precision
From raw materials in to finished units out, every unit goes through the same full-process trial.
Anodized aluminium, rust-free for life
All air-drive sections are anodized aluminium — black finish, never rusts, even in humid workshops.
Wetted parts matched to your medium
Pump heads in carbon or stainless steel per medium; seals in NBR/FKM/PTFE — water, oil, chemicals each have a solution.
Imported seal kits
All seal kits use imported premium brands — the component most critical to pump lifespan. We don't cut costs here.
100% hydrostatic tested
Every unit passes pressure, leak and running-stability verification before shipment, with test report included. No pass, no ship.
Welding & coating control
SAW welding, electrostatic powder coating — critical processes done in-house, welds and surfaces inspected per spec. Pressure parts don't rely on luck.
20+ years of assembly know-how
Air-pump reciprocation timing, skid piping layout — it all rests on 20+ years of master technicians' experience. Industrial consistency is built on the assembly floor.
