WHAT IT IS

What is High-Pressure Injection?

High-pressure injection forces a medium (CO₂, N₂, DME, chemical agent, water) into a target — mold cavity, pipeline, or wellhead — at precisely controlled pressure and flow rate.

In gas-assisted injection molding (GAIM), nitrogen creates hollow channels in thick sections. In physical foaming, CO₂ or butane creates cell structure. In oilfield chemical injection, corrosion inhibitors are pushed into well streams.
