20+ Years of Fluid Pressure Control: SUNCENTER's Engineering Journey

From a single booster pump design in 2001 to a full product line serving 80+ countries — a look at what keeps SUNCENTER going.

20+ Years of Fluid Pressure Control: SUNCENTER's Engineering Journey

Starting from a Single Pump

In 2001, a group of engineers in Dongguan set out to solve a straightforward problem: how to generate high pressure from low-pressure shop air, reliably and affordably. The answer was an air-driven booster pump — and that first design became the foundation of everything SUNCENTER builds today.

Over the next two decades, that single product grew into four major lines: booster pumps, filling and recovery equipment, pressure testing equipment, and custom systems. Each line started from a customer request, not from a market forecast.

Vertical Integration

What sets SUNCENTER apart is vertical integration. CNC machining, injection molding, assembly, testing and packaging all happen on one campus. The quality team inspects at every stage — IQC, IPQC, FQC, OQC — not just at the end.

We don't just inspect finished products — we build quality into every stage, from incoming material inspection to the final pressure test.

Serving 80+ Countries

Today, SUNCENTER equipment runs in 80+ countries [TBC], from hydrogen refueling stations in Europe to fire-suppression filling lines in the Middle East. The export number keeps growing — but the engineering philosophy stays the same: solve the real pressure problem, then build the equipment that solves it.
